Processes

eManager supports the following processes for storing incoming goods in AutoStore:

• Putaway - Placing goods in an empty AutoStore location
• Refill - Placing returned goods and small quantities in an existing location for that product
• Returned goods - Placing returned goods or smaller deliveries in an AutoStore location, via either putaway or refill

Message types

All inbound processes use the same two message types: Goods Receival (GR) and Placed Goods (PG).

• Goods Receival (GR) - Message sent to eManager to describe goods that are about to be stored in AutoStore
• Placed Goods (PG) - Message sent from eManager to confirm that items have been stored in AutoStore
